Deborah has proudly served the Valley's real estate needs since 1996. Born in Phoenix and raised in Tempe, she graduated from Arizona State University (B.A. journalism/public relations) and University of Phoenix (M.A. organizational management). As a Valley native, she has sold houses in nearly every city in the metro Phoenix area, though she specializes in the East Valley cities of Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Ahwatukee and Scottsdale.

Deborah earned several professional real estate designations (ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR) through extensive specialized education and training, and has received many prestigious awards for sales production.

The majority of Deborah's clients are repeat and referred buyers and sellers ... evidence of the superior customer service she provides. She is honored to work with people of all ages, nationalities, and income levels, and she believes that every real estate transaction is a “big deal.”  Most importantly, she believes in the Golden Rule: if you behave ethically and treat others with honor and respect, you'll be treated that way, too. 

She and her husband Rusty Austerman (also a Valley native) live in Chandler. In their spare time, they enjoy travel, entertaining friends and family, and learning about wine.
